The Keri NXT-4D-MSC is a sophisticated embedded Ethernet-based access controller (no LAN adapters) that hang right on the network. It's managed by Managed by Doors.NET - an SQL-based, client/server software, providing multiple concurrent sites with no third-party client license fees. NXT-4-Wire Readers are fully supervised with encrypted data between cards/readers.
